2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of Rs. 250 applies to all orders under Rs. 5,000.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy Free Delivery on all orders above Rs. 5,000.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2 to 4 working days.

  • Other Areas: 4 to 7 working days.

  • Please note: Delivery times may be slightly longer during sale periods or public holidays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can use this to monitor your parcel's journey through our courier partner's website.

5. Payment Methods

To make your shopping experience convenient, we offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Direct Bank Transfer

  • Credit/Debit Card payments

6. Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of checkout to avoid delays.

  • Our courier will make three attempts to deliver your parcel. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
